• Carry out business with dignity, honesty and responsibility
• Subscribe to and work for, honesty and truth in selling
• Endeavor to improve the professionalism of the industry
• Avoid all forms and manifestations of Restrictive Trade
• Resolve that all advertising and sales promotions be conducted in an honest and fair manner
• Commit to provide full technical support and warranty for all products
• Strictly avoid private/secret inducements other than advertising-type gifts and modest hospitality
• Submit to disciplinary action for transgression of any of the above.
