The highest level of automation for CFA

Ai Scientific and Bran+Luebbe present a new analyzer with a higher level of automation than any existing CFA system.

QuAAtro uses micro-flow hydraulics with an internal diameter of 1 mm combined with a new computer-controlled air injection system to deliver analysis rates of up to 120 samples per hour with low reagent consumption. For the first time in any CFA system, QuAAtro monitors and logs system- and analysis-related parameters before and during a run. A new version of AACE software with "One-Click Startup" has been specially developed to run the new analyzer.

Performance is enhanced by thermostatting the entire analytical system including all hydraulic components and the detector. This provides a level of stability unobtainable in any other analyzer of this type. New detector electronics, optics and software reduce the detection limit to less than half that of the previous model.

One console only 56 cm wide can be configured for up to 4 simultaneous tests. The new system is compatible with existing micro-flow methods including the latest ISO standard procedures.
