DKSH today announced they have acquired and merged the Ai Scientific Distribution Division in Australia and New Zealand with DKSH's Australia and New Zealand Instrumentation, Life Sciences and Laboratory Products business.

The acquisition allows DKSH to further its strategic goals both locally and regionally, and provides an excellent fit for its rapidly expanding Instrumentation and Life Sciences business. More >>
